What are the noteworthy features of 7075 aluminum plate?
1. The temperature of anodizing treatment is generally below 23 ℃. If the temperature is too high, the consumption of cold sealing agent is high, and the surface of 7075 aluminum plate turns yellow.
2. After anodizing treatment, it should be cleaned with water in a timely manner. Staying in the air oxidation tank can harm the subsequent grouting reinforcement. Unclean cleaning can easily lead to environmental pollution caused by liquid leakage, resulting in increased fluoride consumption in the sealing groove.
3. Aluminum profiles and wires that fall into the sealing groove should be removed in a timely manner, otherwise it will accelerate the rise of pH and the consumption of fluorine.
4. The grouting reinforcement groove using ammonium fluoride for fluorine adjustment should be poured and cleaned once per cubic meter of 20t aluminum profile.
5. The grouting reinforcement tank is reinforced with hydrochloric acid fluoride, and it should take 5-10 minutes to produce. It can be added in a 10% dilute solution.
6. To improve the quality of grouting reinforcement and accelerate the drying rate, it is recommended to wash the cold sealed hole with water at 55 ± 5 ℃ for 10-15 minutes, also known as the cold sealed hole post-treatment process.
